1. Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers. 

While any browser will display GreenChart, GreenChart is optimized for these two browsers because they are the most stable and most used.  


2. Ensure you're using latest version of Chrome or Edge browsers

Look in the upper-right corner (Chrome) to check for updates. A red message means update.


3. Ensure your computer's clock is set to actual local time.

If your computer's time does not match your smartphones time, you'll need to sync your computer to the server under "Date and Time" settings. Charts will not load if computer is not set to local time to the Atomic Clock down to the minute.


4. Reload your browser

Select the reload icon just to the left of the web address bar (Chrome).


5. 'Restore GreenChart

In GreenChart, on the top right corner under 'Settings' (gear icon) select "Restore GreenChart" from the dropdown menu


6. Clear your browser's cache and cookies


Chrome Browser

  1. At the top right of your Chrome browser, click the 3 stacked dots in top right corner of the browser
  2. Select More tools > Clear browsing data (Alternatively, hit Shift+Command+Delete)
  3. The Clear Browsing data modal (pop-up) appears
  4. Select a time range from the dropdown menu. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," 
  6. Select Clear data button


Edge Browser

  1. In Edge browser, select … (3 dots) in top right corner of the browser) 
  2. Select Settings
  3. In Setting menu, select Privacy, Search, and Services.
  4. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear button.
  5. Select a time range from the drop down menu 
  6. Check the desired boxes and then select Clear Now button


7. Quit and Restart browser

8. Using a VPN?

Ensure GreenChart's web address is added to your VPNs 'Allowed' URLs list.
